At 7:10 p.m. President Peterson opened the Public Hearing on the
Birkett Annexation Agreement Amendment for the Harvest Glen
Subdivision.
Planner Waldock spoke regarding the Annexation Agreement Amendment
and that it was for the purpose of accommodating the Harvest Glen
• Subdivision. A proposal that includes 240 single family hamesites
with curvilinear street layout with an average lot area of 12,000
sq. ft. The Annexation Agreement includes provisions for recapture
fees for extension of the sanitary sewer, interceptor lines across
the subject site, includes provisions to accommodate recapture for
that sanitary line, as well as providing easements and means of
extension of that line.
L. Kelly moved to close the Public Hearing on the Birkett
Annexation Agreement Amendment. Seconded by M. Lambert. Voice
vote. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent.
J. Dement moved to return to the Regular Meeting. Seconded by R.
Rock. Voice vote. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent.
