FOR RICHMOND POWER & LIGHT
DECEMBER 15, 2014
The Board of Directors for Richmond Power & Light Plant met in regular session at 7 p.m. December 15,
in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building in said City. Chairperson Winget presided.
ROLL CALL:
Board members present were Doug Goss, Kelley Cruse-Nicholson, Bruce Wissel, Clayton Miller, 'Don
Winget, Larry Parker, Misty Hollis, Ron Oler and Phil Quinn.
Also present were: Randy Baker, Corporate Services Director; Walt Chidester, City Attorney; Karen
Chasteen, City Clerk; Diana Pappin; Greg Duke, Delivery Services Manager; Police Lt. Donnie Benedict;
Francesca Benedict; Fire Chief Jerry Purcell; Nick Wilson; Media; and ,Sergeant-at-Arms.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mr. Miller moved to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held December 1, 2014, supported by
Mr. Parker. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion passed.
APPROVAL OF BILLS, INVESTMENTS AND TRANSFERS:
Upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, Ms. Hollis moved to approve claims for payment in the
amount of Five Million Four Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Dollars and twelve
cents ($5,479,760.12), supported by Mr. Parker . Upon a vote viva voce, the motion passed. -
STREET LIGHT COMMITTEE:
• Mr. Goss stated if a resident wants to report a street light that is not working, call 973-7200. The
pole number is helpful.

REPORT BY GENERAL MANAGER:
• DISCUSSION RELATIVE TO CHANGES TO THE REMINDER NOTICE PROCESS
MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: None
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business and a motion duly made, the meeting was adjourned.
