At 7:15 p.m, President Peterson opened the Public Hearing.
Roll call was taken, J. Ray was absent.
Administrator Van Vooren spoke in reference to the Proposed
Appropriation Ordinance for the 1993/1994 Fiscal Year. A Public
Notice was published in the Enterprise on June 30, 1993 that the
1993/1994 proposed Appropriation Ordinance is available for public
view.
Discussion was had regarding the appropriations ie. Downtown
Development project.
The Ordinance will be placed for adoption on the next board
meetings agenda, which will give Attorney J. Harvey time to review.
The Public Hearing was adjourned and reconvene to the Regular
Meeting.
