JUNE 16, 2014
The Board of Directors for Richmond Power& Light Plant met in regular session at 7 p.m. June 16, 2014
in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building in said City. Chairperson Winget presided.
ROLL CALL:
Present were: Kelley Cruse-Nicholson, Bruce Wissel, Clayton Miller, Misty Hollis, Ron Oler and Phil
Quinn. Absent were Howard "Jack" Elstro, Don Winget and Larry Parker.
Also present were: Gus Duke, Walt Chidester, City Attorney; Karen Chasteen, City Clerk; Media and
Sergeant-at-Arms.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
moved to approve the Memorandum of Proceedings of May 13, 2014 and minutes of the regular meeting
held May 19, 2013, supported by*. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion passed.
APPROVAL OF BILLS, INVESTMENTS AND TRANSFERS:
Upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, * moved to approve the following bills for payment
dated May 23, 2014, supported by*. Upon a vote viva voce,the motion passed.

Payroll and Deductions 304,347.25
Transfers from Cash Operating to:
Miscellaneous Prepaid Invoices 299,069.29
