The Board of Directors for Richmond Power& Light Company met in executive session at 6:00 p.m. May
13, 2014 in the Council Conference Room of the Richmond Municipal Building. Board President Don
Winget presided.
Present were: Howard "Jack" Elstro, Bruce Wissel, Clay Miller, Don Winget, Larry Parker, Misty Hollis,
Ron Oler and Phil Quinn. Absent was Clay Miller and Kelley Cruse-Nicholson.
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the initiation of litigation that is either pending or has been
threatened under administrative law proceeding under federal or state law. I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject
matter specified in the public notice.
