At 7:00 p.m. President Peterson called the meeting to order. Roll
call was taken. Dement, here; Heimerdinger, not present; Lambert,
not present; Rock, here. President Peterson stated that because of
a lack of a quorum tonight, we will be unable to have our regular
meeting.
J. Dement moved to adjourn this meeting until next Monday, Febzuary
13, 1.995. Seconded by D. Rock. Voice vote. 3 yes, 0 no. Motion
carried.
7:06 p.m. Adjourned.
