HEIMERDTNGER, R. ROCK, M. LAMBERT, J. RAY, J. DEMENT. OTHERS PRESENT: D. VAN VOOREN - ADMINISTRATOR S. JANIK - CLERK H. HAMILTON - ENGINEER P. WALDOCK - PLANNER J. DURBIN - ASSISTANT PLANNER 7:08 p.m. President Peterson called the Publa.c Hearing to order. All members were present. DISCUSSION - AMBER SUBDIVTSTON The subject site is a 49,332 sq. ft. parcel. Presently, the site is developed with one singe-family dwelling and a detached three car garage. The applicants, Vernon and Barbara Kujath, are seeking annexation to the Village and will seek subdivision of their property into three single family homesites. The subdivision proposal would establish a private street serving Lots one and two. Access for Lot three would be available via Naperville-Plainfield Road. The subject site has 193.09 ft. of frontage along Naperville-Plainfield Road and is located about 150 ft. south of St. Mary's Cemetery. The 1.13 acre site is a remnant parcel left over after the subdivisions of surrounding properties were planned. On October 3, 1994 the Board of Trustees considered the concept plan and voiced no objections. The Board of Trustees directed Staff to proceed with the proposed sewer extensions to service this site that would provide for a continued southerly extension to service additional development. The Plan Commission recommended approval of the annexation agreement and concept plan. Public Comments: Pat Andreason, resident living on Ash Street, had objections to subdividing within a subdivision. She questioned the Board if this was to become a practice, the allowance of residents on Naperville Road who have enough land to build two houses behind their present homes. J. Dement moved to adjourn the Public Hearing. Seconded by R. Rock. Voice vote. 5 yes, 0 na. Motion carried. 7:14 p.m. Adjournment of Public Hearing and reconvene the regular meeting. .~ f ;/ r' SUSAN JANIK,~ ILLAGE CLERK ~-
