The Board poets to hear all persons interested or whose prorert
is affected by the improvement of South 7th Street, from I:ain
to South "A" Street, by ravine the roadway vi th one of the mode
kinds of city ravements,to-wit:- Concrete - Brick - Asphalt -
Creosoted Wooden Block, and construction of sewer with the
necessary sprurtenances, as provided by Improvement resolution
Bo. 484-1916. on ace'onnt' of the absence of Yr. Bevis, who has

the public Service Commission, the Board continued hearing on
said Improvement to Thursday February loth, 1916.

crate or Creosoted Wood Block, and resetting of old curbing &
the construction of new curbing where needed, from the Doran
Bridge to West 5th Street , under Improvement i;esolution 30.

no one owning property west of 5th Street having signed the
petiti on the Board overruled the sate, and on motion of Lz.
Lurlatt the Board decides that the benefits to property liable
to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the cost of
same as estimated by the City Civil Lneineer, less the gam which
the City surees to ray viz: The City avrees to pay the cost of
the street T

The Board directed the Su 't., of City Light plant, to sell
machinery in the way of engines etc., as appraised by the ap-
praisers anointed by the Judge of Wayne County circuit court,
