submitted a proposed tentative agreement in matter of furnish-
ing natural fees with a minimum of 60V per 1000 cubic feet
down to 3O� per 1C00 cubic feet, after some di scussion on the
matter, in the absence of the City Attorney, the Board con-
tinue action in said matter until Friday March 1Cth, 19164

The Board of Public Works of the City of richmond,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Mondays'
March 13th , 191G , at 9 O'clock A, e, The fol loss ng members of

lowing proceedinPs were had, to -wit: -

pursuant to postponement, the Board again consider Improvement
Resolution No. 491-1916, for the construction of cement curb
gutters on both sides of South 13th Street, from South "E" St,
to South corporation line, The City Civil Engineers, reported
that there lire 38 resident property owners residing on said
street, whose property abuts the improvement, there not being
a ma:ority in matter of remonstrances filed, the Board being
fully advised in the premises, overrules the remonstrance, and
on motion of tire Mcminn, confirm said resolution by modifying
the same to read from South "E" to "B" Street, and direct the
Clerk to advertise for bids for said improvement accordingly,
The Board meets to hear all persons interested, or whose proper-
ty is affected by the construction of a cement roadway in the
alley between North 9th & 10th Street, from North "C" to "D"
Street, under Improvement resolution No. 494-1916. No one appear-
ing or remonstrating, the Board decides that the benefits to
property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to
the cost of same us estimated by the City Civil Engineer, and
thereupon take final action on said resolution the eame being
confirmed without modification.
The Board meets to hear all persona interested, ar whose prole:

structing a G' sidewalk on north side of street, from North Bib
to 9th Street under lmprovemert Resolution No. 495-1916. No one
appearing or remonstrating, the Board decides that the benefits
to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal
to the cost of Farm as estimated by the City Civil Engineer, and
thereupon take fi nal acti on on said resolution, the same beir_g
confirmed without modi fi ca t i on.
