The Board of Public works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Lionday Marob Mth, 1916. at 9 o'clock A.Lt. The following P The Board approved a primary assessment roll of benefits and dara¢es in the matter of opening alley betweem South Piet & n2nd Street, from South "A" Street south to north line of Tract 537, official Lap, under Declaratory resolution No. I12-1916. The Board unanimously adouted Improvement itesoluti on No. 50t- 1916, for the improvement of Southwest 9th Street, by construct, ing cement curb ,gutter, 5'walks on both sides and grading the roadway & paving the same rith one of the following kinds of pavements, Concrete-Bitumenous Macadam- Bitumen}ious Concrete or Brick, from National Road to Southwest "A" Street. The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Reeolution No. 503- 1916, for constructing a comment roadway in the alley between Boyer & itidge Street, from School Street to the let alley south of Grant Street.
