The following proceedings Pere had, to -wit; -
A petition was presented, for the constructs on of a cement road.

to "L" Street, referred to Engineer for plans etc.,
The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No, 114
1916, for the widening of the let alley south of Main Street
from Weet 4th Street west,
The Board met tohear all persons interested, or whose property
Is affected by thi Improvement of South "B" Street, by construct-
ing cement curb, gutter and sidewalks on both sides from South
16tb to Ust Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 496-1916,
A remonstrance having been filed against said improvement, the
Board continued final action on said resolution, until Thursday
March 30th, 19160
The Board meets to hear all persons interested, or whose property
is affected by the construction of a sewer in Kinsey Street
from West 5th to 7th Street and north & south in alley between
West 6th & 7th Street, under improvement Resolution NO, 497-191�
No one appearing or remonstrating against said improvement, the
