Board beige present, :.'eenre c.erribere of Said The following proceed inge were had, to -wit;- The following proceedings v.ereavje Lcrfatt and ocfina. t0-4'it;- pursuant to continuance to this date, the Board meets to hoar allpersons interested in the improvement of South "B" Street, by constructing cement curb, putter & 6' sidewalks on both sides of street, from South lGt.h to .1st Street, under Improvement Eeso- lution No. 496-1916, After carefully considering a remonstrance filed uFainst said improvement, the Board decides that the bene- fits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon take final action on said resolution, by modifying the same to read Cement curb, cutter & 6' sidewalks on south siao from 160- to 21st Street, and on north side from 16th Street to west end of Lot No. 11, Chas, Scottie, Addition, and on motion the said resolution as modified was unanimously confirmed. The City Civil Engineer, reported in the matter of remonstrance filed against improvement of the alley between South loth & llth Street, by constructing a cement roadway from South "C" to "B" Street, under Improvement nesoluti on No. 499-1316. That 19 out of the 2A resident property owners had signed said remonstrance, the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the cost of same, and on mutt on of W'r. Karla tt, the said rescluti on was confirmed, and the Clerk directed to prepare an ordinance, and present the same to the ComL.on Council with the recommendation that the same be paeced, The City Engineer was directed to repare plans etc., for the grading of the alley and const.ructingof sewer in alley let east of South 13th Street from "G" to ,H" Street. The Board approved & acce ted an agreement si Fned by Eliza Ddd' Mendenhall p Printing the City a right-of-way to construct endcnhalle' maintain a sewer over and across her property in Wm. M addition from West 6th to ?th Street. The Board ai proved the contracts & bonds of Daniel G. The Board meets to hear all persona interested, or whose proper- ty is affected by the improvecient of the alley betreen South Bth and 9th Street, by constructing a cement roadway 20' wide in said alley from South "F" to "H" Street, under Improvement �e- soluti on No, 5CO -1916 . After hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised in the premises, the Board de- cide that the benefl is to rrorerty liable to be assessed for Said improvement are egnal to the cost of same as estimated by the City Civil Enr-ineer, and thereupon take final action on said rescluti on,the sarne being confirmed vithout modification. The Board approved contract & bond, permitting the Central Trans- fer & Supply Co. to installs Gasoline & Oil Dispenser at No, 19 Borth 9th Street, bond & contract signed by R G. Leeds, Presto, and E. H. Harris, Secretary & Treasurer.
