A petition was presented, signed by Frank Scheibler, et -al for the opening of South "G" Street. from vest 1 ins of South 5th Street west to rest oori.oration line of City, on motion the esme was referred to the City Civil Engineer, with directions to prepare resolution to open said South G Street from west side of South 5th Street to viest corporation line, and to rilen said street, from South 5th to 8th Street. A petition was presented, for the installing of ornamental lights on lain Street from 4th Irth Street; 8th Street from Forth "A" to South "A" Street and Borth 7th Street, from Lain to North "An Street, on motion of Mr. Ycidinn, the same was referred to the City Civil isnginner, for investigation and report. The Board unanimously adopted Improvement itesclution No. 5C6- 191C, for the improvement of Forth "i)" Street, by constructing cement curb & eutter on both sides of street, from Forth 8th to� 9th Street, except that rorti on already constructed and In good co nd i ti on . The Board unanimously adopted Improvement 1esolution No.509-19 for the co_,struction of a sewer in the alley between South 15thx and 14th Street, from South "G' Street to south line of J. B. , Salter's Addition to City. The City Attorney, rresent_ed written opinion in the matter of Placing Tarvia en ,:,ccdam street and as�eesine the cost thereof` to the abutting rrcrerty, that by the passage of a proper ;r,_ nonce by the Comron Council of the City, such expense can t^ ar^eared evainst the property benefitted.
