The Board of Directors for Richmond Power & Light Company met in executive session at 6:00 'p.m.
March 3, 2014 in the Council Conference Room of the Richmond Municipal Building. Board President
Don Winget presided.
Present were: Howard "Jack" Elstro, Bruce Wissel, Clayton Miller, Don Winget, Larry Parker, Misty Hollis,
Ron Oler and Phil Quinn. Absent was Kelley Cruse-Nicholson.
The general substance of the meeting was discussion of strategy with respect to the purchase or lease of
real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed
by the parties. I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject
matter specified in the public notice.
