I specifically left contract mgt,supervision and daily observation during construction (which will be needed)out because
it will be very expensive.lts best left for a new Cost Proposal... which can be the 2nd mod of this T.O. This Proposal only
gets you through Bid(ie assessment of Proposals). E

Erik,
I looks like you have the bidding and contract process in the proposed Task Order.
The BTF wanted you to clarify that the oversight of the selected contractor would be added to this scope such as
reviewing pay requests from the contractor to let us know that that portion of the removal was completed,to review
validate any change orders proposed by the contractor and to violate completion of the project and the release of the
retainage.
