At 7:04 p.m. President Peterson called the Public Hearing to order.
Roll call stands as previously taken at regular meeting, all were
present.
Administrator Van Vooren explained to the Public and members of
Board that annually the Village is required to adopt an
Appropriation Ordinance within the first quarter of it's fiscal
year. This Ordinance provides the authority for the Village to
expend monies through the calendar fiscal year.
There were no public comments made.
J. Dement moved to close the Public Hearing and to return to the
regular meeting of this Board. Seconded by R. Rock. Voice vote.
6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
