Director Waldock spoke to the Board regarding the Village Board Workshop held on June 12, 1995 in which was discussed the request to amend the annexation agreement far the Reserve Subdivision. The Plan Commission had recommended that the agreement be amended to specify 40% masonry for two story homes and 60% masonry for single story homes and not to amend the driveway width requirements. At the workshop the Board agreed that the driveway widths should remain at 18 ft. The Board concurred with the Plan Commission in supporting a amendment to the facade masonry requirements, however, the Board felt that pre-approved facades would be more appropriate. Staff and the Planning and Development Committee would recommend approval of all of the William Ryan elevations. Staff and the Committee would also recommend approval of the Kimball Hill elevations with the stipulation' that the garage and building returns be changed to masonry. Representatives of Kimball Hill and William Ryan homes were present and withdrew their request to amend the driveway width requirements. The Clerk was presented with notices of certified mail receipts for the Public Hearing for filing with the Planning Department from Mr. Todd Wahler of Kimball Hill Homes. 7:10 p.m. D. Rock moved to close the Public Hearing and reconvene the Regular Meeting. Seconded by J. Dement. Voice vote. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. '~ / , ~r~ LL SUSAN JANIK, VI GE CLERK LJ
