Diane Pursuant to your request,l've attached an Est of the probable cost to construct. Please consider the following:
1. The est construction cost is the ay. Of the three quotes you rec'd in 08.
2. I've added in some level of cost for unknown but probable remnants to be removed on a per unit basis.
3. I've only considered a 5%contingency, You may want to consider something greater,(ie 10-15%).
4. The Contract admin.,observ,etc cost is based upon a construction period NTE 90 days.
5. No Legal or City costs are included.
Let me know if you have questions or do not intend to execute my current TOI'm well over budget on my
existing TO budget as it is.. Thank you. ERIK
