7:08 p.m. Public Hearing was called to order. All membea:s of the
Board were present. Administrator Van Vooren spoke giving a brief
review of the 1995-96 Administrative Budget. The Village had a
good Fiscal year in 1994-95 and far the first time in three years
• added to the General Fund cash balance. The Water and Sewer Fund
is anticipating a slight rate increase of $4.00 per quarter, and
Staff anticipates rate increases in 1997-98 and again in 1999-2000.
One item of concern in the Water Fund is the clean-water standard
far radium. The Village's variance will expire in late 1995
requiring action by the Village. The Board found the Budget to be
acceptable and there were no public comments.
M. Lambert moved to close the Public Hearing. Seconded by J.
Dement. Voice vote. 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
