DES PLAINES PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS PRESIDENT PETERSON, J. HEIMERDINGER, K. STALZER, R. SMOLICH. ABSENT: J. DEMENT, R. ROCK. D. BENNETT -CHIEF OF POLICE M. EITING - LT. At 6:00 p.m. President Peterson called an emergency meeting to discuss and access the flood dama ge in the Village. K. Stalzer was assigned to handle debris and trash pick-up and J. Heirnerdinger was put in charge of publicity. Chief Bennett and Lt. M. Eiting was to find out the needs of ESDA during the clean-up and all health and safety concerns. J. Heimerdinger moved to adjourn. Seconded by K. Stalzer. Voice vote. All present voted yes. Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m. ~_. K. WALDOCK -DEVELOPMENT/ZONING J. DUBBIN -PLANNER At 7:OS p.m. President Peterson opened the Public Hearing on the Appropriation Ordinance for the 1996-97 Fiscal Year. Present roll call stands. There were no public comments made. After discussion by the Trustees, figures in the expenditures column were raised from $8,679,746 to $9,979,746. J. Heimerdinger moved to close the Public Hearing.
