MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: PRESIDENT PETERSON, K. STALZER,
R. SMOLICH, J. DEMENT, R. ROCK,
M. LAMBERT, J. HEIMERDINGER.
At 6:00 p.m. President Peterson called the Closed Session to order. All Trustees were
present.
Candidates for the position of Village Administrator were interviewed and
their qualifications were discussed.
K. Stalzer moved to close the session. Seconded by R. Smolich. Voice vote. 6 yes, 0 no.
Meeting adjourned.
