AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2012
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday, November 12, 2012 in the
Auditorium at the RP&L Service Building, 2000 U.S. 27 South, Richmond, Indiana. Chairperson •
Bruce Wissel called the meeting to order at 7.30 p.m.
Member's present was Phil Quinn, Larry Parker, Howard "Jack" Elstro, Don Winget, Clay Miller,
Ron Oler and Chairperson Bruce Wissel. Board member's Kelly Cruse Nicholson and Misty Hollis
were absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light was Interim General Manager Kerry
Vincent, Chris Cox, Gus Duke, Rich Cody, Susan Alexander and Sandra Lambert. Also in
attendance was Bill Engle of the Palladium Item.
1. Presentation of the 2013 expense budget and the 2013, 2014, 2015 capital budget
starting with Responsibility Center 2300.
No other items were discussed and the meeting was adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
