Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday May 25th0 1916, at 9 o'clock A. M. Present, Messrs, Bavis, Mar_ latt and McMinn. All the members of said Board being present, The following proceedings were had, to-rit:- The Board decide to re -new the lease for lot at 17th & Main St, for Isast end Liarket for the year at 450.00 per year. The Board met to hear all persons interested, or whose property is affected by the improvement of the alley between south 8th & 9th Street, by constructing a cement roadway therein, from South "B" to "C" Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 510-1916, After hearing all persons interested who appeared, the Board de. cides that the property liable to be assessed for said improve- ments are equal to the cost of same as reported by the 9ity Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final acti on on said resolution the same being confirmed without modification. The Board met to hear all persons interested or whose property Is affected by the improvement of the prnperty on the west side of West 7th Street, by constructing a sewer in said 7th Street from the present sewer at Kinsey Street to the Peacock itoad, an- der improvement Resoluti on No. 51^-1916. After hearing all per- sons interested v:ho appeardd, the Board decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the cost of seme as reported by the City civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution, the same being confirmed without modification. The Board met to hear all persons interested, or whose property Is affected by the improvement of South loth Street, by pacing the roadway with one of the modern kinds of city pavemente,te- wit:- Brict - Concrete - Asphalt - Creosoted Wooden Block, from 'lain to South "A" Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 5130 1916, A remonstrance signed by 7 out of the 9 resident owears residing on said street, having been presented, the Board can proceed no farther without authorized by ordinance so to do, and thereupon on motion of 1vr. McLiinn, the Improvement iiesolutioa No, 513-19160 was rescinded, The Board approved the contract & bond of W. R.
