The Beard of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana
in special session in the office of said Board Tuesday

type of poets and lamps to be used in the ornamental lighting
evetem under Improvement Resolution Noe 511-1916e After view-
ing and discussing the various phases of poets & lights, upon
the recommendation of the Committee , the Board unanimously
select the Gene L. Liesker & Co. Lincoln Highway Type posts 5501
and select the Type "C" System of lights, and now award the
contract to the Kokomo Electric Construction Co. , of Kokomo,
Indiana, as per his proposition Noe 20 to-wit:-

including G. E. Novalua Form f9 Unit, with Series Transformers
G. E. In base of post & 1000 C.F. lamps # 6 solid 30p pars.
5/64" wall lead & steel tape, all according to plans & speci-

The Board directed the Clerk to advertise for bide foimprove-

A petition was presented for the improvement of the alley between
South 13th & 14th Street, by constructing a cement roadway
from South "A" to "B" Street, referred to Engineer,
The City Engineer was directed to prepare plane for a combi-
nati on strum wat er & sanitary sewer in the alley between Borth
12th & 13th Street, from P.C.C.& St.L. Rye, to North 14th &
"J" Streets.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account of Improvement of the alleybe-
tween North llth & 12tb Street by cement roadway from North "B"
to "D" Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 463-1916. After
hearing all persons who appeared (no one appearing) the Board
approved a final assessment roll confirming in all things the
on ginal assessment roll as heretofore approved, and now direct
the same be transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persona pri-
