A petition for improvement of North "D" Street, by constructing

for plans for next year.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any,of persona pri-
marily assessed on account of construction of cement roadway
in the alley between North 14th & 15th Street, from North "C"
to "D" Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 493-1916, No
one appearing or remonstrating, the Board approved a final
assessment roll confirming the original assessment roll as
heretofore a_ proved, and directed the same be transmitted forth-
with to the Department of Finance.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account of the construction of a cement road-
way in the alley between Boyer & Ridge Street, from School to
Grant Street, under Improvement Resolution No, 603-1916, No one
appearing or remonstrating, the Board approved a final assess-
ment roll confirming in all things the original assessment roll
as heretofore approved and now direct the same be transmitted
forthwith to the Department of Finance.
