The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persona pri. marily assessed for the construction of a cement roadway in the alley between South Bth & 9th Street, from South "B11 to "Cn Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 610-1916. The Board approved a final assessment roll, confirming the original assessment roll as heretofore approvod, and now direct the same be transmitted forthwith to the Department of Fimance, The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of contract under Improvement Resolution No. 498-1916. for or,ment sidewalk on east side of North 8th Street, between Main & North "A11 9t, The Board accepted the same and ordered assessment roll pre- pared. The Board on motion of Idr. Merlatt, decide that all city, officials including councilmen should be given a copy free, and copies be placed in the ci ty offices and hose houses and fix the price at 43,C0 per copy for any one wanting the ordioancee. The Board heurd a letter read, in reference to delay in securing the cable for ornamental light system now being installed by the Kokome Electric Construction Co., The Board received bide for the construction of Sewer in alley between liorth 1 ah & 1.',Lh Street, from ilailread to Borth "J" and l,th St, under Improvement Aesoluticn 1ao. 521-1916. as follows to-vit:- John F.
