The Board accepted the same and order an assessment roll prepared. The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property Is affected by the construction of cement curb & gutters on both sides of Southwest 3rd Street, from Nationul Road to SC "E" Street, under Improvement resolution No. 524-191G. After I hearing all persons interested v.ho appeared, the Board decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal tc the cost of the same as reported by The Board then adjourned, the City Civil Engineer and thereur on take final action on said resolution, the same being confirmed without modification.
