The folloving proceedings were lied, to -wit: - The Board received letter from Gurdner,Jessur & White, in thF, at ter of the phyment of 1! rd of 32.50, Court Costs of Suprea,e Court, in case of itichmcnd,LiEht,Iieat & Power Co., the City of i.ichrnond I w the T.11.1.& E.Tracti on CO, qVs. Iva Mae iiau, {drn .etc. on motion of L:r. L:brlutt, the claim wus ordered paid out of the :,oiscelleneous expenses of City Light Plant, The Board granted to U. Be Fulghum a.gt., permission to tap the storm water sewer in South 9th Street at 8".8 South 9th Street, upon puyment of w15.CO, provi ded always that this does not er.- empt the property for future sewer assessment. A petition v.as presented for the construction of cement curb & gutter on both sides of South £Cth St, from S.:ein to South "a"St. referred for plans for next years work. The Board arirroved a prinury assessment roll for construction of cement sidevralke on east side of Ne8th St, from Blain to it, "A" St, under improvement i.eeolution No. 498-1916. The Board arl loved a primary assessment roll for construction of cement roadvay in alley between S. 3rd 4. 4th St, from "B" to licit St, under Improvement j,esoluticn No. 505-1916. The Board approved a primary assessment roll for constructic" of cement roadway in alley 1st east of South 8th St, from S."J" to "Lit Street, under Improvement resolution No, 506-1916.
