BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: PRESIDENT PETERSON, J. HEIMERDINGER, J. DEMENT,
R. ROCK, R. SMOLICH, K. STALZER, M. LAMBERT.
OTHERS PRESENT: J. P. MCDONALD -INTERIM ADMINISTRATOR, P.
WALDOCK -DEVELOPMENT & ZONING DIRECTOR

Meeting was called to order by President Peterson.
Roll Call was taken, all present.
1) Discussion -Alternatives for Funding Capital Improvements -John E. Miller of R.V.
Norene Associate, provided extensive information concerning Bond issue funding far
capital improvements using several options available to the Village. Village Board
directed Mr. Miller to prepare a proposal for Board consideration at their meeting of
January 22, 1996.
2) Trustee Heimerdinger moved to adjourn the Workshop and go to Executive Session
on Personnel regarding Administrator search not to reconvene. Seconded by Trustee
Stalzer. Vote by roll call. Dement, yes; Heimerdinger, yes; Lambert, yes; Rock, yes;
Smolich, yes; Stalzer, yes. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
