The Board of Public ',97orks of the City of i.ichmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the of fi ce of said Board Thursday
September 7th, 1916, at 9 o'clock A.M. All the members of said
Board, Messrs, Bevis, Marlatt & McMinn, being present, the
following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of contract
under Improvement Resolution No. 489-1916. for the improvement
of South 9th Street, from brain to South "A" Street, by paving
the roadway with Asphalt, on motion of Mr. McMinn, the same
was accepted and assessment roll ordered prepared.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll in the matter of
constructing sanitary sewer in the territory west of Southwest
7th Street, between National Road & Main Street, to disposal
plant; Also construction of Disposal Plant, under Improvement
Resolution No. 446-1915.

The Board received a petition' stating that her property on Ridge
Street at Grant Street was damaged by the construction of cement
roadway in alley in rear of her property, rather than benefited,
The same was on motion referred to the City Attorney.
The matter of joining vi th Alfred Underhill, for the construct-
ion of line fence on east end of Glen Miller Park, was on motion
referred to the City Attorney,
The Board received bide for the construction of cement curb & gut
ter on both sides of Southwest 3rd Street, from National Road
to Southwest "E" Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 524-
1916, as follows to -wit:-
