The Board ordered the Finance Lerartment to pay the reserves,

The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons primari-
ly assessed on account of the construction of sewer in the terra-
tort' vest of :eet 7th Street, between Lain & National Road, aleor
disposal plant, under I@prcvement Resolution No. 446-1915, After
hearing all persons who arr.eared (I10 one ar,rearing) the Board
approved a final assessment roll confi rming in all things the
original aeseesment roll as heretofore approved and nor direct
the same be transmitted fe rthvi th to the Lepartment of Finance.
City Attorney, was instructed to take up the matter with the To

way, in installing ornamental lights.
