The Board of Public ;forks of the City of .cichmond, India;;a,
met in regular session at the offica of said Board ThursdaT,
October futh, 1916, at 9 o'clock A. LI. All the members of said
Board being present, Liessrs, Bavis, LIarlatt and Licliinn.
The following proceedings vere had, to-vit;-
The Board allowed and ordered the li.is.L. & P.F. to nay to John
F. Hipsr_-ind, the gum of �14',8.50, partial estimate made by the
city Civil Engineer, as per contract under construction of
v:ater intake & discharge lineeat said plant.
The Board on motion extended the time in vhich to complete the
Installation of Ornamental Lighting system under Improvement
Resolution No. 511-1916. to January let, 1917,
The Board received retort of anpraisernent made by appraisers
appointed in the matter of 8 iron grey horsed of fire depart-
ment.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll, in matter of the
construction of cement roadway in the alley between South 1Cth
and llth Street, from South "C" to "L" Street, under Improve-
ment .resolution No. Sr2-1.916.
The Board approted a primary assessment roll, in matter of the
improvement of Southwest 3rd Street, by constructing a cement
curb & gutter on both sides of street from National road to
Southwest "r" otreet, under Improvement i.ecolution No. 5r'4-1916,
The Board approved a primary assessment roll, in matter of the
construction of cement sidewalk on v:eet. File of North 1<^th St.
from North "J" Street to Fouth end of idorth lfth Street, under
Improvement resolution Ido. BeB-1916,
The Board then adjourned,
