The Beard of Public iiorks of the City of iichmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
November 17th, 19169 at 9 o'clock A, hi. All the members of
said Board being present, Liessrs, Davis, Liarlatt and L;chlinn
The folloring prrceedings vare had, to -wit; -
The Clerk vies directed to notify h. hi. Haas, Secy, of iichmond
Cecmercial Club, to have North loth Street, between Lain and
North "A" Street, reheired and placed in as good condition as
the street wes before holding Centenial as per agreement of
Commercial Club Com.ittee,
The Board ordered from The 3tudebaleer Corhorztion, one 476
2 x 11 ilur. conttaotots,cart at the price of 9'57.50, net
januury 10th, 1917,

The following proceedings were had, to-v.it;-
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account of construction of cement roadway
in alley between South loth & llth Street from South "C" to
South "n" Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 522-1516.
After hearing all persona interested who appeared (no one appearing,
The Board approved a final ae;•esement roll, confirming in all
things the original assessment roll as heretofore approved, and
nor order the same transmitted forthwith to the Department of
Finance.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account improvement of Southwest Zrd Street
by constructing cement curb & gutters on both sides of street
from the +rational Road to Southwest "E" Street, under Improve-
ment Resolution No. 524-1916. After hearing all persons inter-
ested who appeared, (no one appearing) the Board approved a final
assessment roll confirming in all things the original assess-
ment roll as heretofore approved, and now direct the Bame be
transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account of the construction of cement side-

Street to the Bridge, under Improvement resolution No. 525-1916.

The Board takes up the matter of bill for construction work
