Indiana, yonday December llth, 1916• The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana met in regular session at the office of said Board A"onday December llth, 1916, at 9 of clock A. Ito• All the members of said Board being present, Messrs, Bavis, iliarlatt and IdcIlinne The folloving proceedings were had, to -wit: - The Board grant John F. Hipskind, contractor an extension of time in which to complete sewer contract, under Improve4ient Resolution No. 5f1-1916, to Larch 1st, 1917• The Board grant Mrs A. Berns, the right to use city's ground for garden, just west of bridge & south of Bridge Avenue, for the season of 1917. The Board meets to hear evidence,, in matter of damage on ac- count of breaking of discharge water line at city light plant and to fix responsibility, Mrs John F.
