Held in the Auditorium at the Richmond Power and Light Service Building, 2000 U.S. 27
South, Richmond, Indiana.
Present: Board members present were: Bruce Wissel, Kelly Cruse-Nicholson,
Larry Parker, Phil Quinn, Diana Pappin, and Jack Elstro:
Board members absent: Bing Welch, Bob Goodwin and Clay Miller
Also present was Steve Saum, Darvin Lemmon, and Walt Chidester
The general substance of the matter discussed was discussion of strategy
with respect to the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either
pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. Indiana Code
5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B)
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive
Session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice.
The Executive session adjourned at 6:40 p.m. The general Board meeting was called t.
order with all of the above in attendance with the exception of Darvin Lemmon. Boar.
member Diana Pappin made a motion to reject all bids for building renovation an.
construction. Board member Phil Quinn seconded the motion, all were in favor and th-
motion was carried.
With nothing further to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 6:43 p.m.
