Richmond Power and Light
December 1, 2011 at 6:35 p.m.
Held in the Auditorium at Richmond Power and Light, 2000 US 27S, Richmond, IN.
Present: Board members present were: Jack Elstro, Kelley Cruse-Nicholson, Bruce Wissel, Clay
Miller, Larry Parker, Diana Pappin and Phil Quinn.
Board members absent: Bing Welch, Bob Goodwin and Clay Miller.
Also present were Steve Saum and Walt Chidester.
Diana Pappin moved that the Board reject all bids submitted for the renovation and building of the
Richmond Power& Light main building. Phil Quinn seconded the motion. The motion passed 6-0.
There being no further businesses, Kelley Cruse-Nicholson moved to adjourn the meeting. Larry Parker
seconded. The motion passed 6-0.
