Richmond Power and Light Board of Directors
December 1, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.
Held in the Auditorium at Richmond Power and Light, 2000 US 27S, Richmond, IN.
Present: Board members present were: Jack Elstro, Kelley Cruse-Nicholson, Bruce
Wissel, Clay Miller, Larry Parker, Diana Pappin and Phil Quinn.
Board members absent: Bing Welch, Bob Goodwin and Clay Miller.
Also present were Steve Saum and Walt Chidester.
The general substance of the matter discussed was discussion of strategy
with respect to the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending
or has been threatened specifically in writing. Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1
(b) (2) (B)
This.is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive
session-other than the subject matter specified in the public notice.
