AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
November 10, 2011
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met on Thursday,November 10,
2011 in the Auditorium at the Service Building. Chairperson Bruce Wissel called the meeting to
order at 6:02 p.m. Member's present was Jack Elstro, Clay Miller, Larry Parker, Phil Quinn,
Kelly Cruse-Nicholson, and Chairperson Wissel. Board members' Bing Welch, Bob Goodwin,
and Diana Pappin were absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light were Sandra
Lambert, Randy Baker, Gregg Duke, Rich Cody, Chris Cox, and General Manager Steve Saum.
1. Presentation of the proposed 2012 Expense budget and the 2012, 2013, 2014 Capital
budget.
No further actions were taken and the meeting was adjourned at 8:32 p.m.
