AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
May 23, 2011
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met on Monday, May 23, 2011 in
the Large Conference room at the Service Building. Chairperson Bruce Wissel called the
meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Member's present was Jack Elstro, Clay Miller, Bing Welch,
Larry Parker, Diana Pappin, Bob Goodwin, Phil-Quinn, and Chairperson Welch. Board member
Kelley Cruse-Nicholson was absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light were, Harry
Phillips, Randy Baker, Amy Burris and General Manager Steve Saum.
1. Review and update RP&L customer service policies.
After reviewing policies, the Board recommended that the RP&L staff write up changes
to the customer service policies and then submit them to the Board of Directors for evaluation
and a vote. A public meeting may be called to get input for the Landlords/Customer Affidavit.
No further actions were taken and the meeting was adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
