AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
MONDAY, JULY 26, 2010
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday, July 26, 2010 in the
Auditorium at the RP&L Service Building, 2000 U.S. 27 South,Richmond, Indiana.
Chairperson Bing Welch called the meeting to order at 6.00 p.m. Member's presents were Diana
Pappin, Larry Parker, Howard "Jack" Elstro, Bob Goodwin, Phil Quinn, Clay Miller, Kelley
Cruse-Nicholson and Chairperson Bing Welch. Board member Bruce Wissel was absent.
Attending from Richmond Power and Light was General Manager, Steve Saum, Bob Crye,
Randy Baker, Harry Phillips, Dan Straight, and Chris Cox. Also in attendance were City
Attorney Walt Chidester, Tony Sullivan of Barnes and Thornburg, John Kloster and Glenn
Showers from GAI Consulting.
1. The Board of Directors was given a presentation concerning an update of the
Whitewater Valley Generating Station.
No other items were discussed and the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
