AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT IN AN EXECUTIVE
SESSION MONDAY, MARCH 22, 2010
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday, March 22, 2010 in
the Auditorium at the RP&L Service Building, 2000 U.S. 27 South, Richmond, Indiana in an
Executive Session. Chairperson Bing Welch called the meeting to order at 6.00 p.m. Member's
presents were Diana Pappin, Larry Parker, Bruce Wissel, Howard"Jack"Elstro, Bob Goodwin,
Phil Quinn, Clay Miller, and Chairperson Bing Welch. Board member Kelley Cruse-Nicholson
was absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light was General Manager, Steve Saum, and
Bob Crye.
1. An Executive Session as permitted under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). The general
substance of the matter discussed and/or proposed was for discussion of strategy with
respect to initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been
threatened specifically in writing.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
Following the Executive Session, the Board of Directors was given a presentation by
General Manager, Steve Saum, titled"2009 Year In Review".
No other items were discussed and the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
