FOR RICHMOND POWER & LIGHT
MONDAY, JANUARY 4, 2010
The Board of Directors of the Richmond Power & Light Plant met in special session at 7 p.m. January 4
2010 in the Council Chambers in the Municipal Building in said City. Chairperson Quinn presided.
ROLL CALL:
Present were: Howard "Jack" Elstro, Bruce Wissel, Clayton Miller, Bing Welch, Larry Parker, Diana
Pappin, Bob Goodwin and Phil Quinn. Absent was Kelley Cruse-Nicholson.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
Mr. Quinn opened the floor for nominations for the offices of Chair and Vice Chair of the Richmond Power
and Light Board of Directors.
Mr. Parker nominated Mr. Welch to serve as Chair with a second by Mr. Miller. Mr. Wissel moved to
close the nominations, with a second by Mr. Parker. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion passed. Upon a
vote viva voce, Mr. Welch was elected Chair for 2010.
Ms. Pappin nominated Mr. Wissel to serve as Vice Chair with a second by Mr. Parker. Mr. Miller moved
to close the nominations, with a second by Ms. Pappin. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion passed.
Upon a vote viva voce, Mr. Wissel was elected Vice Chair for 2010.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business and a motion duly made, the meeting was adjourned.
