The solid of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at thin office of said Board on Monday
August 218t, 1911, at 9 ONClodk A. M. All the members of maid
Board being present, Messrs, Hamond, Manes and 21merman.
The following prooeoding3 were red, to-wit:-
'h^ City Civil Engineer filed his estinates of the total cost
of the following named Improvements, to-wlt:- 11Vrov!ment
Resolution No. 271-19I1 providing, for the lsprovment, of the
south side of Richmond Ave, Cemia walk, curb 8 gutter and nae-
amlvinP the roadway from Doran Bridge to teat lot Street,(lns.-
Improvement Resolution No. 277-1911, for the construction of
cement walk, curb & gutter on both sides of SOutr •C• Street,
from South 14th to 15tr Street. (Insert)
The P.oard approved the contract & bond of F. I& Slack, ccntracter
under Improvement Resolution No, 284-1911, for the improvement
