The Board. of Public Works of the City Of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Boarta on Londay
August 28th, 1911, at 9 O'clock A. Me The following members
being present, Messrs, Hammond and Charles. Abeent Yr.Zlrmerma:..
The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board approved the contract & bond of Wolfe & Clements con-
tractor under Improvement Resolution No. 268-1911, for the im-
provement of north side of Washington Avenue, by constructing a
cement sidewalk 7 feet wide from North 6th Street to the propos-
ed street west of the P. C. C. & St L. Ry Co. right -of -nay.
The Board approved the contract & bond of H. C. Foster, contractor
under Improvement Resolution too. 269-1911, For the Improvement
of the alley between South 17th & 18th Street, by constructing a
cement roadway In said alley from South "A" to South "B" Street.
The Board approved the contract & bond of H. C. Foster. contractor
under Improvement Resolution No. 272-1911, for the construction
of cement sidewalk 5 foot wide & cement curb & gutter on both
sides of North "F" Street, from, North 20th to 24)fh Street,
The Board approved the contract & bond of Daniel C. Burkhardt,con-
tractor under Improvement Resolution No. 273-1911, for the con-
struction of cement sidewalk on the south side of North "C" Street
from North 19th to 22nd Street
