C. C. & St L. Ry Co. right -of -nay. The Board approved the contract & bond of H. C. Foster, contractor under Improvement Resolution too. 269-1911, For the Improvement of the alley between South 17th & 18th Street, by constructing a cement roadway In said alley from South "A" to South "B" Street. The Board approved the contract & bond of H. C.
