AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
NOVEMBER 10, 2008
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday,November
10, 2008 in the Auditorium at the Service Building. Chairperson Bing Welch called the
meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Diana Pappin, Clayton Miller,Bob
Goodwin, Jack Elstro, Phil Quinn, Larry Parker and Chairperson Welch. Board members
Kelley Cruse-Nicholson and Bruce Wissel were absent. Attending the meeting from
Richmond Power and Light were Sandra Morris, Randy Baker, Gregg Duke and General
Manager Steve Saum.
The Purpose of the meeting was the presentation of the proposed 2009 Expense
budget, 2009, 2010 and 2011 Capital budgets.
With no further business to discuss Chairperson Bing Welch adjourned the
meeting at 9:45 p.m. Tapes of this Board meeting are on file.
