met in regular session at the offl"e of said Board on Thursday
September 7th, 1911, at 9 O'clock A. M. The following members of
said Board being present, 14e33rc, Ham^ond. and Charlea. Absent,
Sir, Z1imnerman. The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -

In special session on Tuesday September 5th, 1911, at 9.30 0'
clock A. M. All the members of said Board being present, viz:
Messrs, Hammond, Charles and zirinerman.
The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board fix the amount of benefits accruing to Oaar Scott & N
owner of all lots abutting on portion of North "F• Street props:
to be vacated, from North 8th Street to Washington Avenue, as
follows, to -wit:- Benefits $1500.00.
The Board did then adjourn,

The Board meets to hear nAmonstrance3, if any, of persons primer- I
ill assessed on account of the improvement of South •F" Street,
from South llth to 13th Street, by grading, graveling the road-
way and constructing cement sidewalks & cement curb & gutter oro
both sides thereof, between the points named, as provided for t;
Improvement Resolution No. 230--1910. After hearing all persons
who appeared, the Board approves a final assessment roll, con-
firming the original assessment roll as modified and heretofore
approved, and orders the same transmitted forthwith to the
Department of Finance.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons prir_ar-
ily assessed on account of the improvement of South 5th Street,
from Main Street to South •E" Street, by constructing cement side-
walks on both sides thereof, between the points named, as provid-
ed for by Improvement Resolution No. T.40-1910, No one appearing
or remonstrating, the Board approves a final assessment s he
in all things the original assessment roll as
tofore approved, and orders the same transmitted forthwith to
the Dpartment of Finance.
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons primar-
