The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office ctf said Board on Thursday
November 2nd, 1911, at 9 O'clock A. 11, The following r.^^burrs of
said Board being present, Vessrs, Huus:ond and C.narles, Absent
Mr. 7.irclerman. The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board approved a primary assessment roll for the construction
of a cement roadway in the first alley south of Main street,
from South 6th Street east as provided for by Improvement Resolmt-
ion No. 274-1911,
The Board approved a primary assessment roll for the improva
of the alley between North 17t'n & 18th Street,by grading, gavel-
ing, bowldering & 3 brick center of said alley from North "E" St.
to Railroad Street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution No.
264-1911.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll for the improver,ent
of South "C" `t, by constructing cer•ent curb, gutter & sidewalk
on both sides thereof, as provided for by Improvement Resolution
No. 277-1911.
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of the contract
