Thursday November 16th,1911.
The Board of Public works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board on Thursday November
16th9 1911, at J O'clock A. M. All the members of said Board being
present, Messrs, Hammond, Charles and Zlminerman. The following
proceedings were had, to -wit:-
on motion of Mr. Zimmerman, the Fire Department is dlreoted to
purchase 4 car loads of Upland Prairie hay & 1 car load of grenn-
croas feed, for department, also to dispose of tro horses in the
department and purchase horses to take the place of horses sold.
The Street Commissioner was directed to notlfy.the ash & trash
gatherers to be present at:,tre next meeting of the Board on Monday
November 20th, 1911,
The Street Comrissioner was directed to construct a storm serer
1n North 8th Street, from North "B" to "D" Street.
On motion of Mr.ZilMerman the clerk was directed to notify the
agent for the property at•32 & 34 North 7th Street, to remove the
objectionable trees & stumps abutting said propertyi, and that all
objectionable trees & stumps be ordered removed.
