AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
APRIL 28, 2008
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday, April 28,
111 2008 in the Auditorium of the Service Building. Chairperson Bing Welch called the
meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Diana Pappin, Clay Miller, Bob
Goodwin, Jack Elstro, Phil Quinn, Bruce Wissel, Larry Parker and Chairperson Welch.
Board member Kelley Cruse-Nicholson was absent. Attending from Richmond Power
and Light were Sandra Morris, Randy Baker, Gregg Duke and General Manager Steve
Saum.
The purpose of the meeting was the 2007 Year in Review.
With no further business to discuss Chairperson Bing Welch adjourned the
meeting at 8:45 p.m. Tapes of this Board meeting are on file.
