AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
APRIL 14, 2008
The board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday, April 14,
2008 in the Large Conference at the Service Building. Chairperson Bing Welch called
the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Diana Pappin, Clayton Miller,
Bob Goodwin, Jack Elstro, Phil Quinn, Bruce Wissel, Larry Parker, Kelley Cruse-
Nicholson and Chairperson Welch. Attending from Richmond Power and Light was
Sandra Morris,Randy Baker, Gregg Duke and General Manager Steve Saum.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the financial reports and how to revise
the reports for clarity and better presentation. After lengthy discussion, a new format will
be designed and access to certain information will be on the Intra Net.
With no further business to discuss Chairperson Bing Welch adjourned the
meeting at 8:30 p.m. Tapes of this Board meeting are on file.
